Databridge for PLC to ERP communication – Copier

For Copier Bevelmachines I have created a databridge that let’s a siemens PLC communicate over HTTPS with a Mulesoft server.

The end-user is serving data for their new bevel-machine setup from their ERP. The bridge let’s both machines integrate in a safe way over their intranet.

In addition to the part dimensions and information also label information is transferred and printed.

The software runs partly on the Siemens PLC and partly on a KUNBUS embedded linux device.
