Hydro-Pneumatic Balance system prototype – Seaqualize / Ampelmann

For Seaqualize I have developed a test rig for their patented balance system.

Seaqualize has partnered with Ampelmann for a new off-shore acces system: The S-Type. A new type of system that is targeting a wider range of vessels due to smaller deck space and lower power demand.

For the test rig I have created a setup with existing materials to perform all tests needed to show and verify the properties of the new system. As a final showcase a full-scale gangway was fitted with the system.
